Select the appropriate button to download each form needed to complete the registration process. Once downloaded, please complete the required registration form below. You may email, fax or bring to try-outs all required forms. Please note you must have your AAU membership card to participate in the try-out.
Each team will be comprised of 8 to 10 players and all players must try out in order to make the team. The season will run from NOV 2023 – MAY 2024. Teams going on to AAU nationals in Orlando will continue to practice through June. Fees and dates are TBA and the event is optional. Practices days and times TBA.
Last seasons SVC athletes that are returning do not need to bring their birth certificate. If you are not returning please let us know so we can shred your copy on file.

November – May: $275.00 per Month Tuition Fee
